Do you feel like you have to constantly “crack” your back?
An irritation from subluxations causes a feeling of pressure that needs to be relieved. Cracking yourself often moves the wrong areas and can cause further damage.

Do you have a tight stiff feeling in your muscles that just doesn’t seem to go away?
Muscles are also affected by subluxations. A misalignment or other spinal problem will cause your muscles to work harder than they should, which makes them constantly feel tight or stiff.

Do you have poor posture?
Slouching, hunching your back and carrying your head in front of your body produces extra stress on the body.

Do you have irritation when taking a deep breath or exhaling?
Subluxation of spinal vertebrae can also cause abnormal rib movements when breathing deeply.

Look to see if one of your shoe heels is wearing out faster than the other.
This can be from uneven leg lengths cause by hip subluxation and muscle imbalance.

Check to see if you can twist your head or hips equally in both directions.
Reduced or unequal range of motion shows an imbalance in the body.

When you are walking, check to see if one foot flares out.
Same as above. Muscle stress will cause the imbalance to show up as on foot pointing in a different direction than the other. This can also show up as one leg being shorter than the other.

Does your body feel off?
Muscular and subluxation irritations lead to an uneasy feeling affecting your performance. This keeps you from being your best while performing everyday activities.
